Crust is thin (not super thin) and crisp, sauce is delicate and great taste, toppings are top notch...this is excellent pizza and one of only a few that Ive found along the southern coast that deserve praise. “ Best margarita pizza I have had in Maine, hands down. I was recommended by someone I knew and he did not let me down. First bite you can tell and comes down to the crust as they clear know what they are doing as it has the sour dough flavor. This could easily compete in Italy , NYC etc.. ”
“ I don’t remember how we discovered this pizza palace back in August of 2016, but it still has the best pizza, period. Every time we get back to Maine, we go to Coletti’s as much as we can while visiting - this trip we went every day they were open and ate 5 of Frank’s delicious pizzas. And every time we go, the pizza is still top notch and the little restaurant has more improvements. As I said all those years ago, if you aren’t eating this pizza, you are missing out! ”
